Operation: Falafel - Feedback

What Shazia K doesn't like about Operation: Falafel:
Very surprised about the disorganized service. Half order came early, the remaining order came late. Our falafel order didn't look like the photo shown. Falafel sandwich was cold, explanation was given that they serve cold , we asked to heat up as we like it hot but still came back semi warm. Enjoyed dinner at Operation Falafel at Ajdan Walk Khobar. Before I placed my order, I spoke to the server about my food allergies and gluten concerns. We spoke to the chef, who kindly came to the table and suggested several “safe” dishes. I had the kabab and chicken dish with fries, humus and pickles. It was really tasty and satisfying.
