Always a must have at least twice on my yearly trip to see my Dallas Cowboys. Burgers are huge and taste amazing, fries have always been fresh and are perfect with the spicy ketchup. Also they had this amazing banana pudding shake although I don't know if it's a regular menu item. View all feedback.
What Joan Thomas doesn't like about Whataburger:
Rec'd a banana pudding shake that had something in the bottom I rinsed it out, and it didn't go down the drain. Waited 15 minutes before someone came to address the matter. She said the managers were on a conference call. I am being refunded fir the shake and won't frequent this store again. View all feedback.
DFW Whataburger. Food was fresh and fast. It's just them damn airport prices that get you!
I unfortunately had the worst fast food experience today 8/17/23 around 8am. As a Flight Attendant, I am appalled with the unprofessionalism, disorder and crassness by a few of their employees. The line at this establishment when empty, is not as evident to understand especially for someone who 's never been at this airport. I along with other customers got behind a guy who was directly in front of the cash register counter and kindly asked, Are you in line sir? he said yes and just like any other humanbeing, we all single filed behind him. An employee came from the back with bossy body language, who had a red braided pony tail yelling, This is not where the line starts!!! Get out the way and line up beside the wall! My pilots, other airline crew, and customers were flabbergasted at the beligerant and unnecessary way we were treated. I was disgusted to say the least. A couple behind me with small children said, I can 't believe she 's talking to people like that let alone Pilots and Flight Attendants. Is the line going to move any faster because of the yelling? I just remained quiet. I thought about getting out of line but stayed as lines were long at other places too. My flight crew and I were waiting for our food which came out last after all the orders that came *after* us. Moreover, this was my first time having WhatABurger and was it was an awful experience. The fries were old and stale, and the burger looked thrown together. A waste of my time, money, and dignity. People globally travel through DFW and this was a very tainted experience for anyone to have. I honestly would have been better off waiting in the Chic Fil A line where the kind service and good food is consistent. Never again.
Didnt actually eat there. they were breakfast only so i went elsewhere and got a
Very confusing line for both the self order kiosk and the cashier, the people here aren't kind or helpful.
It's not the best option at the airport. The food is on par with the cold food you get from the catering service at a baseball game.
