The manager is unprofessional and unkind. She blamed something on her employee in front of me and another customer. Something had gone wrong with another customer’s order. And instead of apologizing and then kindly addressing it with the employee after we’d left, she talked passively aggressively and blamed the cashier to the customer while I was buying my donuts. I felt horrible for the girl. View all feedback.
Very delicious baked goods with friendly service! Here early to maximize the elections!!! Yummy fresh. Nuff said.
Generally very good...not near the quality as they have in the past, although... proposal, you can start filling next day orders earlier than usual so that you do not run out the next day... some people have elements that are their favorites, and the last thing they want to hear is.. we are all of them sad.
Really amazing. I got an email like 2 days before picking up my cake and the cake decorator said that she went back to the episode of the office that I used for the birthday theme and hit further decorations on the cake. Not to mention how DELICIOUS and perfect the cake is! So much and what great customer service!
One of the better donut providers in the 10 miles radius of Ann Arbor. Go there early if you want the full selection.
Dexter Bakery never disappoints. They made a Cars themed cake for our 2 year olds birthday. He loved it!
