Ordered one sandwich and a flatizza online for asap pickup on Sunday, June 25th. Arrived about 30 min after placing, a little after the estimated time. It wasn’t made, no big deal I know it can get busy. After the guy at the counter checked what name our order was under, we watched as 4 different people walked in and ordered at the counter over the span of 30 minutes, each one of them getting their food made and leaving before they even started ours, which was now an hour late by the time we got it. And then the flatizza was missing ingredients we paid extra for, but I wasn’t about to go back into that place. So note to self, don’t use online to “skip the line” as the signage in the restaurant says, because they will ignore your order.
Despite the busy rush, the staff remained committed and attentive. As always, the food was excellent, and the workers were friendly. They truly deserve the highest praise.
The employees working the night shift were quite rude. One guy was hastily throwing the sandwiches together, to the point that the contents were all over the wrapper instead of on the bread. Additionally, the kid's meal I requested turned out to be just a basic sandwich because the woman who was running around didn’t hear her colleague properly.
