We were there for breakfast. Service was good. Food was good. Love that they have so many flavors of coffee creamers. I will be back!

Carly was our server, she was fantastic...great personality, full of smiles just a delightful server. Food was good too, and the gal who cashed us out was very nice too!

We usually come there for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. Food is good, just what you would expect from the brand. My personal favorites are biscuits with sausage gravy, bacon cheeseburger with fries and that new honey chicken dish with mashed potato. Service is not consistent as it depends on a server and could be slow and lacking at times. We had much better at some other locations and we also had much worse. Waitresses have been polite and if there is a concern, they do their best to fix it. We appreciate their efforts. Our most recent lunch visit was top notch, even though they were kind of busy. We hope to see consistency in a future, so we can keep stopping by when in the area.

I was tired after a long week of work so instead of cooking dinner, we went out to eat. I wanted breakfast so hubbs chose bob evans. The reason was clean and welcoming. We were seated right away, drinks were brought right out. I ordered the cinnabites, and I highly recommend those yummy delicious deep fried triangles of heaven! When the food came it was delicious, exactly what I needed! The only disappointment was that my chocolate milk and hubbs oj seemed weak.

I favor Bob Evans, due to the fact that my husband and I were traveling back from Maryland to Michigan. I left my coat on the chair. When we arrived home, I called the restaurant the manager said they would send it to me. Sure enough my coat came back to me With all the contends in the pockets. That's why I'm a B E's customer.
