Was William Woodard at D&m Diner a mag?
A newly opened diner in the building that many, many years ago housed the Dari Delite. I have been twice for lunch. Their hamburgers are great. Old fashioned, hand formed. Hot dogs are good, but then again it's hard to mess up a hot dog. Fried pickles are excellent with a nice kick. Fries hand cut and onion rings wonderful. Service was excellent. Although it may not be a five-star dining experience, I really enjoy cheeseburgers and authentic French fries, and I thought it was quite tasty.

This place is far superior to the Half Dollar—better food, better service, and their hours of operation are consistent.
