A newly opened diner in the building that many, many years ago housed the Dari Delite. I have been twice for lunch. Their hamburgers are great. Old fashioned, hand formed. Hot dogs are good, but then again it's hard to mess up a hot dog. Fried pickles are excellent with a nice kick. Fries hand cut and onion rings wonderful. Service was excellent. Had a stomachache for three hours after we ate the omelette. The waitress that we had never smiled and took us forever to get our food not a great experience will not be back View all feedback.
Although it may not be a five-star dining experience, I really enjoy cheeseburgers and authentic French fries, and I thought it was quite tasty.
This place is far superior to the Half Dollar—better food, better service, and their hours of operation are consistent.
The atmosphere is wonderful! And the chocolate banana pie is absolutely delicious!
