What Salvador Bahringer doesn't like about Blue Hills Cafe:
Going through Prescott I had to have a cup of coffee. I also was very hungry but we didn?t have time to stop so I wanted just to get a quick bite to eat. When I walked in the food smells so delicious and as I walked by the plates I wished I had ordered breakfast to go. Blue Hills Cafe in one word is FABULOUS. The food is great the service is awesome and the complete staff is wonderful. It's such a great convenience for anyone living in our little community to have a nice place to either just kick back and dine in or callan order in for pickup. I've always been greeted with a nice smile from everyone inside including the totally busy COOKS thatmake sure ur food is cooked right n hot. It's nice having a LITTLE DINER to help take care of us DEWEY/HUMBOLDT residents. THANKYOU BLUE HILLS CAFE. FABULOUS

Taco Salat is AMAZING!! Not to mention the Speck Double Burger with spiced frits. This restaurant is great. It's a must. I highly recommend it!!
GREAT fish on Fridays, great food! PHENOMENAL service! Jen is Outstanding!! TRY to get her as your server, she does her job flawlessly, and always has a such positive vibes!
