Modern Coffee Deli - Dewey-Humboldt

My experience at Modern Coffee was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives - the atmosphere was great, very pleasant and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was delightful. My breakfast burrito had the best eggs I've ever had. However, there were some issues with the food that detracted from the overall experience. My wife couldn't finish her bagel because it was too hard, like chewing leather. Additionally, the potatoes in my burrito were undercooked. It was disappointing to have such great eggs in the same burrito as the worst potatoes I've ever had. I may give it another try in a few weeks to see if things have improved, as the coffee and service were good.Overall, the experience was mixed, but still worth a visit.

Modern Coffee Deli is a fantastic place to grab a coffee on the go! They offer a convenient drive-thru option that is perfect for grabbing a coffee and hitting the road. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. They just had their soft opening, but they already offer a variety of tasty treats like smoothies. I can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu. Definitely a new favorite spot for me!

Hello there! Are you guys planning to reopen soon? I recently visited and bought two coffees. I absolutely loved the coffee, it's the best in town. As a barista from the Northwest, I know good coffee when I taste it. It would be fantastic to see your coffee in stores like Honeyman and Mortimer Farms. Is there a way I can contact you via email?

It was fun to see that he roasted his own beans. a large selection of aromen. something that is not always spoken in a coffeeshop is the restroom. but as a mother of two small, it was nice to know that they have a clean toilet and it is family style.

First visit to Elevation Coffee and I really liked it. Wonderful coffee smells when you walk through the door. Extensive menu and the owner took time to make sure we liked what we ordered. Offered a substitution if we wanted. The coffee was wonderful and the baked goods looked yummy. I'm leaving a 4 star review because this is a new business and I foresee small changes as they get more experience behind them. Maybe some separate seating areas. Maybe some cozy seating or outdoor seating? Maybe a better cream and sugar station. Little things because this is really an enjoyable place to hang out already.
