We are so fortunate to have in our 'little town ' such a superb Restaurant that showcases our worldclass produce in stunning ways. The Staff from welcome and serving to cooking and presentation were attentive, friendly, helpful and knowlegable. The food is handled with the respect it deserves and only Chef 's at the 'pointy end of their game ' know how to prepare and present food that is seasoned to perfection. Thats evident where a salt and pepper shaker is nowhere to be seen, nor required. Ben......keep up the amazing work. We are so proud.
