Had reservation for 7, was not allowed to sit until then, and they were 10 min late for our reservation, food was amazing and drinks were as well. Wanted to sit inside bc it was freezing outside, they were nice and put us in the bar at least View all feedback.

Disappointing experience. The waitress was unfriendly and clearly in control of the situation. When I asked about the IPAs, she simply replied, "They're on the menu, sir." I pointed out that it seemed like there was only one option, and she repeated her answer. She was also hesitant to remove an item from my plate, even though I was willing to pay for it. The food was just mediocre, and the atmosphere was lacking. I did leave a 20% tip; perhaps it was just a rough day for her. Overall, I would rate the service poorly for dining in.
Upon entering, you'll be struck by how stunning this place is. The lush greenery and even the utensils are truly impressive. We kicked off our brunch with the complimentary bread served in a charming clay flower pot (so adorable!), and it was incredibly fluffy and soft—a perfect start. My sisters ordered a latte and a macchiato, both of which they loved, and the presentation was delightful. I opted for a refreshing drink that was essentially club soda with flavored syrup, and it was quite tasty. For my main course, I chose the burger with fries, but I was let down. The fries lacked seasoning, and the burger was both dry and bland. I would definitely return for the lovely atmosphere and to enjoy a drink or an appetizer alongside that warm, pillowy bread. The vibe is wonderful; I just wish the food lived up to the fantastic setting.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The restaurant has a beautiful interior filled with greenery, but unfortunately, we were seated in the covered outdoor area during a rainstorm, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. The service was lackluster and slow; despite our waiter being somewhat attentive, we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to greet us after we were seated. At one point, a guest at a nearby table broke a glass, and the staff simply placed a chair over the shards and left it there for the rest of the evening. As for the food, it was mediocre. While there were plenty of fresh and quality ingredients, the execution was often lacking. Portion sizes were inconsistent—some dishes were far too large to finish, while others were alarmingly small. On a positive note, they do offer a nice kids' menu, which our 9-year-old appreciated, and the staff was kind to him. Overall, I would skip this restaurant; it felt lackluster, and at this price point, there are many better options along the main line with superior service.
We started with the flower pot bread, which was perfectly baked and delightful, accompanied by a flavored butter that was absolutely delectable. For a to-go treat, we ordered the Pumpkin White Mocha latte, which I really enjoyed! The atmosphere here is so charming and fun—right up my alley. The gift shop offers a variety of items, though I found some things a bit pricey for my taste. The on-site Anthropologie is fantastic. Our server, Desiree, was juggling a lot but still made an effort to check on us and clear our table whenever she could; she was incredibly attentive. Even when our food was a little delayed, she came by to check in and keep our spirits up. You're lucky to have her on your team! That said, not all the staff seemed as welcoming. Overall, though, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely be back to explore more locations. Thank you!
Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant offers a delightful atmosphere paired with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. Many guests rave about the appealing dishes, from creamy mushroom soup to a light cauliflower sandwich, although some found certain items underwhelming. The service shines with attentive staff, though experiences can vary, with occasional moments of disconnect. The ambiance creates a cozy, greenhouse-like setting, perfect for both casual dining and intimate gatherings. Despite some service hiccups, the overall experience melds good food and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a worthwhile destination for a night out.

Beautiful place to eat. clean eating and care service. beautiful selection of options on the menu as well
We have absolutely loved terrain cafe. the service, the eating and the views were phenomenal. will come back!
I sent both the house made ice and sorbet back. is it done with stevia? what I hate the waitress couldn't tell me. no free refills on koks and eistee!

Terrain consistently provides high-quality and tasty lunch options on its kids' menu. The brioche-style rolls for the burgers and grilled cheese are always a favorite. Hats off to the skilled chefs who consistently get it right! Additionally, the portions are quite generous.
The Sprouts Salmon was flawless, served alongside broccoli, sweet potatoes, and roasted corn. The falafel appetizer was also outstanding, accompanied by a delicious sauce and arugula. The combination of flavors was just perfect. I truly loved it!
The pork shoulder was excessively greasy and tough. The carrots were undercooked and not properly peeled. I was quite disappointed.
Terrible experience. We waited an hour for our order to be prepared, and they ended up forgetting half of it. The food was average at best, very overpriced, and definitely not worth it.

Overall, I would say this restaurant is fairly average. The ambiance is charming, thanks to the lush greenery. However, I went there on a Saturday around 1 PM for late brunch, and the service was quite slow. My friend and I ordered just a single plate of avocado toast, and we ended up waiting about 35 to 45 minutes for it. Our server seemed a bit too relaxed and took her time. While the avocado toast was tasty, I'm not sure it would be worth a special trip back.
The restaurant's location and greenhouse atmosphere were absolutely beautiful, and the drinks were excellent. Our server, Georgia, was warm and attentive, answering all our questions. Unfortunately, we had a hiccup when our order arrived with the wrong sides. When we requested a correction, the manager's response was quite unhelpful. I also noticed that our cheese board was messy compared to others that were beautifully presented. Furthermore, the bowls we received had very little dressing and lacked flavor, which made us feel somewhat unwelcome, as if we didn’t fit in with the usual crowd. Regrettably, we will not be returning.
