I would like to thank Philip, Amanda, Sam, Abbey, and the entire staff at the Peppermill Boutique Hotel for a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding. After a long bus ride in the heat air conditioning in room great, staff really helpful and cannot fault and breakfast perfect a big thank you to Craig Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Great value
We frequently use the Peppermill for meeting rooms, lunches, and overnight stays for work. I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the team is; they are incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond for you. I'm truly grateful to have the opportunity to work with them regularly, as they truly deserve more recognition. The food is consistently amazing, and the accommodations are excellent! Rooms: 5
We enjoyed an evening meal and cocktails which were beautifully prepared and food which tasted as good as it looked. There is a warm and inviting atmosphere and we were served by a very professional young lady called Libby who knew the menu and was able to talk to us During our dining experience. We certainly would recommend the venue. Delighted to have had such an enjoyable evening. Also a superb selection of wine, a personal preference would be to see slightly more English varieties available. With that said, we had an excellent English sparkling. Nice place to go. To be many times and the staff, food and atmosphere was always brilliant!
The food was fantastic and at first the service was really good, but I had to get used to getting the waitress attention when I wanted a drink. There was no water on the table.
It was our first time in the Peppermill and we were disappointed that two of the dishes were not available on the menu, they were the ones we had chosen! I had the steak that was good, but they had no fillet I prefer. My husband had the seafood linguini, which had far too much sauce it needed only to be coated in the sauce instead of swimming! The wine selection was very good and so was the service so we can go again!
We had a lovely Mother's Day lunch. The food was delicious and the complimentary glass of Prosecco was a nice bonus. Special thanks to the friendly staff.
We first divorced here in a few years and were in a hurry to visit a festival event. we had 7 starters between four and young it was good. the food was superb: well presented; spiced on perfection and tasted beautiful. service was...smooth, friendly and efficient. great job
