I ve been here for dinner. Cosy atmosphere, pleasant and polite personnel. Soft music in background. Central location. Must try the lamb chops.
I ordered pizza because first I only used Google translate for the menu, second I tried some Romanian food yesterday and got a bit too much for meat. The pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten. Super tasty. And I was the only foreigner for lunch. Quite some locals also dined here. The price was very suitable even for budget travelers.
One of the best restaurants in Deva. I have eaten here on many occasions and the food never disappoints. Excellent pork roll, liver and tochitura a Romanian speciality with mamaliga (polenta), pork, telemea (Transylvanian salty cheese) in a tomato based sauce. Also the papanasi here is among the best in town. It has a pleasant interior, but it's even better to dine out on the shaded terrace outside in warmer weather, a stone's throw from the foot of Deva's citadel. Highly recommended.
