The service was poor. The waiters lacked basic manners, it took them a lot of time to response and they more or less ruined what was suposed to be a relaxing night out. The pizza was not that good, it was pretty salty, the beer was stale and the lemonade...i'm not sure it was the real thing. The prices were decent, 4€ for a pizza, 2€ for the lemonade.PRO: The view. But that's not enough to make it a nice pub.
I had dinner at this restaurant and I really enjoy it. The food was excellent, the staff is very kind and the ice cream frappe was delicious. The restaurant is on a terrase, but it can be closed off with folding glass walls if the weather is bad.
The lemonade sucks big time. Water tastes better. The food has hair in it. Luckily the view is good because you can see the plaza and the fortress.
Found by accident, it proved to be a very nice place to have dinner. Located downtown, we could see the Deva fortress and a lightened fountain. The food was good, everyone enjoyed it. The night we were there they had live music
