Belazur - Feedback

My husband and I were heading home from a road trip and decided to stop in Deva to grab something to eat. Of course, first look on tripadvisor. Although, Belazur is not listed at the top of the results, I read the two reviews, which were very good, and decided to try it. This restaurant used to be good, but now the area becomes old and has to be renovated. Terrace is nice, but at some point too loud! Coffee is good, but if you want milk, you have to pay extra for it! Food is not bad, but some dishes are expensive and not very tasty. Most of them are young and not professional, looks like students who don't care much!
