During our visit, my family and I noticed that the staff seemed a bit understaffed, which was disappointing since we come here every year and this was our first visit to this particular location. We learned that they often take reservations but then find that no one shows up, which might explain the situation. The staff was pleasantly surprised to see us, and they treated us exceptionally well. The manager even offered us complimentary drinks and desserts, making us feel truly special. We can’t wait to return next year!
