Drive thru line went fast. Young guy took proper precautions making my sandwich. He had gloves on and even wiped the cup to make sure it wasn't sticky. Great job young man and my food was still hot even after a 7 min drive home. Much appreciated!!! View all feedback.

The entire order was perfect. I liked that the order was double bagged, with the outer bag being hermetically sealed. Kudos to White Castle!! This is the best that Igave seen of restaurants implementing tamper proof orders.
The bread was hard an crusty an the hamburgers were cold MOZZARELLA CHEESE STICKS CAL 440/760/1490 was good and hot
Asked for 6 jalapeño and 4 cheese and got the opposite. Food was super cold !! The cheese in the cheese sticks was not melted at all!!
My whole order was cold. My husband had to reheat everything back up in our microwave. Also I ordered a Chocolate Shake for my drink with my order and another one on the side for a total of 2 Shakes. We only received 1.
They need to change their oil, the nibblers tasted like old grease and they completely forgot my fries.
