White Castle - Detroit

I've been to this restaurant more than twice, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I decided to leave. The burgers are overpriced, and while I sometimes crave a slider, fish, and fries, the experience just wasn't worth it. I tried two different stalls and couldn't believe how slow the service was. It seemed like they were only preparing one order at a time when they could easily be grilling 2-3 dozen at once. The management clearly needs improvement. White Castle has their operations down much better, and I’m not the only one who has walked away disappointed.

They just need to clean up a bit and improve their speed. It's also quite strange that they never have any gallons of Hi-C available.

The waiting times are excessively long. I stood in line for 45 minutes without being able to place an order. The staff seems underwhelmed, and the food is never served hot when it finally arrives. It seems like they are closing down.

If I could give him the zero stars, I would. I didn't give us the right food and wait for the right food. it was still wrong. only müll idk, why the line always long. the first and last time.

Can you please close down so a better food restaurant can sure the public better at night. If you can't provide good service just close the door when you can. Stop wasting our time for years. I've be wanting for 1/2 hr in the drive thru and people behind me is leaving. I'm out
