Update: I got a quick response which I appreciate. Read below. First review: I love this place but I'm frustrated with their DoorDash and Google map marked on closed. I just ordered at the spot. They forgot to put in any meat. I specifically said I want pork belly. The egg and broth is also cold. COVID burdens! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Urban Ramen:
For 14.5 a bowl of ramen, you would not expect tables with food scraps, broth with minimal/none flavor, and noodles to be still stuck together in a block and barely two mouthful of chicken. Staff was friendly but it was def not worth the price. View all feedback.
This was the nastiest ramen I've ever had in my life. Everything was bland, watered down, and for their prices it was NOT worth it. The bowls were dirty, there were bugs flying everywhere, the water cups were dirty, the water and ice were foggy and had a weird film on it. I couldn't even take a full sip of the ramen from how gross it was. The staff were extremely slow to take our order. They were just odd and they brought out the food a little too fast. I do not recommend coming to this place whatsoever. We didn't even finish our meals, we got the bill and left and went to another ramen place because we were still hungry. It was unbelievable!
The food here pre pandemic was to die for. The quality has seemed to gone downhill since. I will recommend the pork belly ramen.

Super cozy Ramen place downtown. They only have 3 options (chicken, pork, and vegan) so don't expect a huge menu. We got 1 chicken and 1 vegan, and they were AMAZING. Best ramen ive ever had. 10/10 will be returning here.Restaurant is not super big, so seating is limited (i think there was maybe 5-6 tables total). However, this was not an issue as it seems that most of their business is to-go and not dine in. We were able to get seating immediately at 6/7pm on a friday night. Staff was super nice. I also like that they had actual music playing and not the boring elevator music played in most restaurants.
Finally got to eat here again due to random closings and whatnot. Was so sadly disappointed. Anyone here remember Urban Ramen around like 2019? Completely different now. Chicken is salty, different texture, different flavor. The broth is completely different, thin and bland. It was AMAZING before. It doesn't even compare now. Anyone know what happened to the recipe or did they lose their top chef or what? I thought I was imagining it, but see that so many recent reviews say the same!
