Shield's Restaurant Bar Pizzeria

Very good take-out visit. One star off since it took longer than the expected time for pizza to be ready, but it was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive!

1st time ordering from here and the pizza was not bad. I wasn't too pleased with the service because I ordered online, arrived at the store 10 minutes after my estimated time, and my order still was not ready. I don't think that they had even started my pizza because when I got there and announced my name, they started scrambling around like they were looking for it. Nobody came to me and said that it would be a few more minutes or anything. I stood and waited for 10 extra minutes and then they bring me my order as if I hadn't been standing there all along. I am a huge believer in great guest service, whether its in a fast food establishment or a 5 star, and if they would have explained why my order, that was already paid for, was not ready then I would have given them 3 stars

A really nice experience, they are so friendly and the service is 10/10. We ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza that was really good and pretty big, also a chicken sandwich to share and they separated in two different plates with fries in each plate. If I'm around againg I would definitely come back.

My husband and I regularly pick up a Detroit style pizza from shield?s and take it to 8 Degrees Plato to pair with the latest local beers. One of our favorite afternoon dates. It tastes excellent and the team is very friendly.

I've been to Shields a few time and had a good experience, the drinks are great but my last experience was horrible!!! I had a ear plug in my salad!!!! The manager really didn't care and only took a few dollars off my bill!! That was not acceptable ???? Touch pic to view earplug
