What Evan doesn't like about PRISM:
Lobster tail got cold quickly. My dates steak was ordered medium rare but came out medium well. Had to send it back which ruined the flow of the meal. No manager that came over to apologize or offer any reduction to our bill. View all feedback.
Great shrimp cocktail. Good menu, but doesn't describe exactly what you get!!
Steak was not fantastic as I expected for $64. Was tough and over cooked.
The service from Shaun was fantastic!! The food was bland and mediocre unfortunately.
I was served my soup, my husband had to wait for his appetizers, then his arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, at the same time than our main dishes. We were not able to enjoy our diner. Our server apologized after we asked questions why the food was not coming at the same time. I would not recommend this place. Very disappointing.
Best filet we’ve ever had. Staff very efficient and friendly. Made the dinner experience perfect. Told all my friends… “Best steak ever!”
