We were no... read more I was served my soup, my husband had to wait for his appetizers, then his arrived 30 minutes after we ordered, at the same time than our main dishes. We were not able to enjoy our diner. Our server apologized after we asked questions why the food was not coming at the same time. I would not recommend this place. Very disappointing.

We usually go to Final Cut at the Hollywood Casino in Toledo for all of our special occasions and we really wanted to see how Prism compared. Sadly some of our high expectations were not met. Our server must of been having a rough day because they weren 't really attentive towards us, wasn 't able to give recommendations or even make small talk seemed more focused on a table of high end guests. The music was extremely loud so others had to talk loud to be heard over the music which made it even more louder. I feel as if it gave more of a high end bar atmosphere rather than fine dining. I will say the other staff Shaqur, Thomas, and Mohammed made the experience so much better. They were so attentive, helpful, and seemed happy to be there. They definitely went above and beyond. The steaks and asparagus were cooked very well, but the rest of the food was just okay. It wasn 't a horrible experience but definitely wasn 't as good as we thought it would be. We will be back to give it a second chance and hopefully change the rating to 4 or 5 stars.
