Awful experience! The debit and credit card machines were out of order. The staff mentioned that they hadn't been working for four days, and it seemed like the repair person couldn't fix them either. The employees were frustrated, and there was no sign on the door indicating that only cash was accepted. It was 5 PM, and the situation was chaotic. View all feedback.

I had an unbelievable experience with the worst customer service. We waited in a long line and had to repeat our order for two meals four times. After checking the bag, we found out that some items were missing. I ordered mild wings but ended up with spicy ones, and only realized it after I got home. The worst I had a trip through. had to repeat the order several times before the girl understood. Once I got into the window, I was told I'd return to the red floor. fortunately, no one was behind me. then I thought, why am I doing this? only to tell of at least two employees, I can't go to the window unless the food is bagged and is a total excitement. What a ghetto facility, they won't care about me to come back. if this is a new policy? where are your signs?
The amount of swear the manager with twists secretes is alarming and I’ I saw him wipe his sweat with his forearm ???? This location is ghetto and will never have you in and out. They aren’t rude but definitely nonchalant and inconsiderate to people’s time, as if 30-40 minutes at Popeyes is acceptable. I will never return to this location
8-29-22Just awful drive thru service. Can't get your order right and speak so unprofessional to customers. Get to the window to pay. The girl has on earbuds listen to music and singing. I pay with my debit card and she and another girl have their cell phones out in their hands. Hope to God their not taking pictures of people's card numbers. Where is the MANAGER!
Their chicken is good. But service sucks. The General Manager is wonderful tho. Miss C! If she stays on a GM that place will get better
This place needs improvement in all areas. You feel as if you're bothering the workers there by just placing an order. Saturday there was no original flavored chicken and no one knew when any would be available. Lobby was not clean, cashier couldn't count manager had to count her drawer while I accepted spicy chicken because that's all they had. I hope they get better at what they do sell chicken . From management to the floor attendant's MUCH improvement is needed. And the customer service? Really ???
