Mediterranean Grill - Detroit

The food was average, but the service was quite disappointing. The floor appeared to be dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The staff seemed unprofessional, and it took a long time for anyone to acknowledge us after we were seated. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I grew up in the southeast part of Michigan near Terminal D and have come to expect quality Middle Eastern food. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing and simply put, quite bad. I don't think I'll be returning. It seems they've closed down, which might be for the best.

The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, and we received our meal quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Greek salad is quite generous and could easily serve two people. The tomato soup was creamy yet light, and the baklava was authentic and delightful.

The food was good but the service was terrible! our waiter name was faith that I never experienced this kind of service, we were not recognized for 13min and when she came to us, she had the worst attitude!

I never expect airport establishments to be top notch, only because they apply the hostage approach you are in the airport, no where else to grab a bite. And personnel, if not motivated, tends to be pretty much flat on providing customer service. Had a Greek salad, and although I would have loved a yogurt dressing, it came with little cucumbers and tomatoes. A slice of pita bread would have made a nice touch, and it will not cost an arm and a leg to add. Price is definitely steep for what you get 13. And they did not have Baklava, which I was craving for.
