The horrible customer service I received at the downtown location (22 W. Columbia Street) Tuesday October 3rd 2023. I can't hold it against this location. The workers at this location always treat me with respect. With that being said I'm changing my one-star review to a five star review. My favorite is the yellow cake with chocolate frosting. I tried to go here but the place was closed on a Friday afternoon. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open. I wish they would have said something about being closed on their pre-recorded phone message. View all feedback.
