I had the steak taco or carne asada taco. Whatever they wanna call it and the blackened shrimp taco. The carne asada was just gross. That seasoning and smothered onions remind me of eating roast beef that floavor and concept doesnt belong on those tortillas. The shrimp wasn't blackened. Idk what that was HONESTLY. Just tried this food truck for the first time, and wow! Juat WOW!GREAT TACOS and a friendly vibe like very few youll encounter. Wish I had taken a pic! The Birtia taco was just superb, the chorizo and yucon gold and the spicy chicken tinga were off the hook. The carne asada was my wifes fave.If you have a chaace, do yourself a favor
