I placed an online order totaling over $54. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was told they had run out of food and that I couldn't get a refund; I had to call customer service for that. The staff was unprofessional and showed little concern for my questions or issues. I do not recommend this location.

Never gets order correct, been burned so many times, swore not to go back....so what did I do...went back today (dummy). Ordered Double Chicken burrito with cheese rice and beans. Picked it up (at least it was ready) when I got home. ZERO chicken or cheese, all beams and rice. Went online for refund and can only get store credit, which I still have not received. STAY AWAY!!!! Corporate should take a hard look at this location.
I’ve came here various of times mostly was disappointed with majority of my visits but today, was my last straw. I order a total of three plates every time I come here. They let me order chips through the website when I pulled in the drive through, they told me they didn’t have it. I also ordered a bunch of sides Sour cream, Hot, sauce, corn, etc) and asked them specifically to be on the side, and they still were inside of my bowl. I will not be ordering from this location.
I really dislike coming here. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they always claim to be out of fajita veggies. They frequently run out of other items as well. Additionally, they sometimes close the restaurant to in-person customers and only accept drive-thru orders, which is very frustrating. This situation happens every time I visit, and unfortunately, there are no other Chipotle locations nearby. This place needs to be either shut down or have a change in management.
