Chipotle Mexican Grill - Detroit

I hate coming here they are rude, ghetto, and claim to never ever ever ever have Fajita veggies they always out of something and then they close the door to the public and only take drive thru orders like how and why??? I mean every time and unfortunately there is no other chipotle in the area…This needs to be shut down or new management

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR ON DOOR DASH!!! Your order will be incorrect, missing items, and horribly assembled.The reviews say it all. This store is ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients: chips, veggies, white rice, guac. And the interior is DISGUSTING. Clothing articles on the floor or tables, trash literally everywhere you look, so many code violations in plain sight behind the counter, etc. This time there was a used pair of employee gloves just sitting right in the middle of the entry way. The attitudes are horrible, the food is messy, the meat is often over cooked to the point it is dry burnt, if they have chips (they normally dont) they’re stale way over salted. These employees take no pride in their work (with the exception of maybe one) the management is even worse. This store needs to close down for a while completely restaff or just close down.

I placed a online order and and ordered at least 54 dollars worth of food. I arrived for to the location for them to tell me they ran out of food and that I couldn't get refunded I had to call customer service. Staff is very unprofessional and really didn't care about and question or concerns, Don't recommend this location.

Always don’t have something and they got a bad attitude all the time . got a burrito today and the girl couldn’t roll it for the life of her and when asked about it she said she was trained that way. stop the cap and stop being a chipotle worker if you don’t want to try. :

Never gets order correct, been burned so many times, swore not to go back....so what did I do...went back today (dummy). Ordered Double Chicken burrito with cheese rice and beans. Picked it up (at least it was ready) when I got home. ZERO chicken or cheese, all beams and rice. Went online for refund and can only get store credit, which I still have not received. STAY AWAY!!!! Corporate should take a hard look at this location.
