Just had the shrimp fried rice for the first time from China House. I'm sorry, but it was tasteless, with no egg in it. Never had it like this. My husband said there's a sign posted: No refunds or exchanges, now I know why. This is not good business practice. If a customer is not satisfied, they should be able to at least exchange for something else. View all feedback.
They are kind of skimpy on food portions especially the chicken and the brown gravy is horrible it tastes nothing like gravy. It tastes like a thick sweet soy sauce. Sun China is better in my opinion

Spicy curry ribs were not spicy, in fact tough. Prepare to be harassed by the homeless out front. Customer service and policy is the worst cash only, no refund or exchange even if they mess up the order! Never again!
They don't clean or checc their chicken as it gets delivered I placed a 43$ order to only get 8.50 for chicken that had hair in
Finally got rid of shortie with the glass, her attitude was trash!!
