In summary, the customer service and food were both terrible. There was no manager present. This was the first time I ever had to throw away fish and shrimp in my life. I will not be coming back. They should have stuck with being a Pizza Hut.

It is so sad they charge us one dollar to fry the fish they charge you .50 for french fries and they charge you .50 for For okra they charge you everything to cook the food that is so sad at the captain jays in Detroit Michigan. They just lost mybusiness.

I had the worst experience with a group of young employees at this restaurant. They forgot to put lemon pepper on our wings and when we asked for it, they said we had to pay extra. It's common knowledge that lemon pepper should already be on the wings, especially when they ask if you want it when you order. The employees seemed more interested in fooling around than doing their job.

I ordered a Combo for $15.99 a few days ago, which included 3 Perch and 4 Wings. The food was good and cooked properly, but the biscuits were as hard as a brick. Please do not let the biscuits sit out for too long, as they become hard and dry. If they do, please throw them away and make fresh biscuits. This is how you run a successful business.

This captain Jays gives me mixed vibes because they cook the food gud. At least the food I've had from them. It's the customer service for me. Customer service sucks no matter who's working and the managers are rude. I called in to order, they took myorder. I drove all the way from the Walmart on Plymouth n Middlebelt and my order wasn't ready. They didn't even take my orderis what she said. So they played the blue's clues role but I still wanted my food. The girl them asked the manager how longwould it be and he screams I GOTTA COOK THE FOOD. I heard him in my car, thru drive thru so Ik for sure he was yelling. All inall my kids couldn't work there. I wouldn't work there but I did purchase my food from them because inspite thereunprofessionalism. My food was great.
