Best restaurant Iv bend too in Limoges .. was back in Limoges last month wanted to go again but unfortunately could not get in contact with la chalet by phone .. my only criticism.. are in la irlandais instead .. no comparison I’m afraid ..

My fear that the change may have produced a tacky... read more We’ve been going to this restaurant for some years but today was the first visit since undergoing a makeover. My fear that the change may have produced a tacky space, with a move away from its wonderful food, was completely unfounded. The menu was offering the usual excellent range of dishes plus two really well constructed plats du jour. The service remains exemplary and the new look was calm and tasteful. If you’re visiting Limoges this is a must.

The r... read more We were recommended this restaurant by a local inhabitant and it fulfilled our expectations. We were the first to arrive but were not alone for very long. The restaurant was full within 30 mins. Despite this, the dishes came out in a timely fashion, with the staff working extremely well together. Food was nice and it is indeed a place one could go back to if one was staying longer in Limoges.
