The reception staff was pleasant, but the overall condition of the place was disappointing. It looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The furniture was dirty and worn out, and the beds were uncomfortable. I won't be making this mistake again. The room had a strong smell of bug spray, which was concerning. This was our first family trip in three years, and it's really disappointing.
Be careful. My teenage daughter and her boyfriend were with me and a creepy employee bothered her in the restaurant. He told them his name was Jason and he was the manager of the hotel. When they showed him later, I asked him to leave her kindly alone, he was in his 40s or 50s and they are teenagers. He was very angry and when I asked about his superior, he said he was the superior. Super sleasy white guy type of Balding trying to see how he's younger than him.
Great view and pool, also good Dj games were great rooms are not bad for the price client service nice great weather great location great drinks great food good choice of music as they keep it clean family environment
Nice place for the family. Great for kids and friends. Beachview is great. Four points Sheraton have just about any accommodation you need. The staff is absolutely amazing with great attitude and advice for all
