Papa John's Pizza - Destin

The pizza is great. This is our new way to the place for pizza after the pizza hut makes us talk to people in a call center. I would rather ask the order quickly via the phone than answer 20 questions for a simple order. I recommend your pizza here instead of pizza hut. They actually answer their own calls and the pizza is delish

Lately i had made the decision to never ever again order out. I was very busy and decided to give Papa John's a try. I was on the phone quite a while with one of the chefs going over all the options. Not only was he extremely patient, but highly courteous, not rushing me and explaining in full detail the various foods,etc. Upon receiving my delivery, the sandwich was piping hot, the crust done as ordered and to perfection, and the blending of ingredients extremely savory and more than i expected. Papa Johns is number 1 now. They will give you the attention you need if you ask and the drivers are very courteous and kind.

Horrible, Over 2 hours waiting with kids got the run around several. Was told it was coming Hungry kids, now its too late to really eat, pizza hot kids with no digestive time makes for a bad night. My wife just ran to the convenience store to get somesnacks and back and still no pizza, no call, no response. These reviews are right ignore this place, they were rude and don 'tcare when it 's not right.

Very poorly managed. Love papa johns but this location is extremely incompetent. Estimate on order was 60 minutes showed up and manager said it would be another 30 minutes. Waited in car for 30 min then came in and said another 30 min. They just keepsaying we?re backed up. When I pointed out the constant moving of the times the manager said I could come back and help them outif I wanted. Extremely rude. Avoid this location if at all possible. Go to dominos up the street

Wednesday lunch at this restaurant offers a 5-star pizza experience. Having previously worked at a Papa John’s, I can confidently say that everything was executed perfectly here. The toppings were just the right amount—neither too sparse nor overly generous—and the flavor was spot on. The pizza was served hot, which is always a plus. I picked it up while I was at the auto shop next door, which made it super convenient! The price was reasonable for the area, especially considering how many places have decided to hike their prices dramatically. Perhaps the guy behind the counter deserves a raise since “labor costs have skyrocketed!”
