La Famiglia Italian - Destin

We adore this restaurant and visit every holiday. You can taste the love that goes into the food, and the sangria is excellent! Even my daughter, who is usually picky about bread, loves her brot here.

The food was delicious! I regret not being able to finish my meal and appetizer. The server was friendly. I have visited this restaurant before and have been eager to return. Not many people seem to like this place, but I do! The only downside was that they were out of strawberry tiramisu. I will definitely be back to try it eventually. Thank you for being so welcoming and serving us a great meal!

This Italian dinner was one of the best I have ever had, at a charming restaurant that reminded me of a small Italian place in The Godfather. I had the Veal Crema di Funghi and it was absolutely amazing! The veal was cooked perfectly and the sauce was unmatched. My wife ordered the Melanzana alla Parmigiana, which was one of the best Eggplant dishes I have ever tried. The kids got the Fettucini Alfredo and they also loved it. We enjoyed the experience so much that we are planning to bring the whole family back the next day. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Tired and looking for something quick we went to this restaurant to get pizza. I was disappointed that they did not have banana peppers and green olives as pizza toppings, but we ordered pizza anyway. It was good. Our waitress was friendly. I am not sure what the other dishes would have been like, so cannot comment on that food.

I am a local in Destin, and although everything is so overpriced, you don’t feel as robbed when the food is at least good! I bought there only size pizza that they make, and it was terrible! I cannot speak for anything else, but if pizza is what you want, please go to Merlin’s pizza… they are by far the best!
