We had the beef cheeks and beef tongue and about 4 glasses of wine and a delicious dessert. I wish every restaurant did things like these people. The prices are very reasonable too.

It is a very good choice if you want to spend a nice evening. My wine selection was probably not the best, the Merlot from the machine was not a hit and the Pinot Noir that I tried later was more or less the same but a little bit better. I should try better a bottle of a better wine next time. I recommend it for having a nice evening, the enviroments is cool. The relation price/quality could improve. A glass of water come with the first glass, later on no water if you dont pay, water in my opinion should always come with wine and coffee, but yes here in Kiev the water cost, even if there are more and more places (specially coffee shops/cafe) that offer this nice liquid when you drink coffee or wine, but even my favorite place for wine in Kiev dont offer you water with the wine. I am glad to visit Win Bar a very nice new wine bar in town.
