The room itself was lovely as was the service and location. Unfortunately we froze as there was no heating . The heater provided was not adequate enough to heat big room. We paid for jacuzzi and could not use it as no hot water, nor could we shower before leaving as water still cold. We were told to contact manager if not happy but she was not available. We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The building was beautifully presented and the staff were lovely.
This restaurant operates very smoothly. The service, food, and atmosphere all scored a perfect five out of five. The location is great and the hotel is highlighted by its peaceful ambiance. The dining experience was for dinner and it was a sit-down meal in one of the five charming rooms.
