Definitely DON'T work for this guy. He still owes me almost $600 in unpaid wages for my last week working there. Reported him to the labor department and everything. I had to pay for childcare that week to work by myself and handle both of his businesses at the time and he ignored me and still has not paid me. It's been over a year. Lemon pepper wings are amazing. The french fries are so yummy! Customer service was 100% . This will be my go to spot when I go to the outlets!
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! OK, so I am a food critic who delivers with Uber eats not only for some side cash but to discover new eateries. Food delivery drivers can be treated lesser for whatever reason. I walked up to the counter and from what it looks like a cook behind the line made eye contact with me then looked down. He was a tall black man with knots in his hair and said his name was Nigel. So waiting for him to greet me or approach me he then looked up again, stared for about five seconds, what ? Surprised, all I had said was I am here to pick up an order for so-and-so. He then responded, I ain 't got no orders . So I pulled out my phone to show him the order, Shrugged his shoulders and said, uber eats ain 't working, I told you I ain 't got no orders. Quite shocked not even realizing how long it takes to make two pizzas I asked, well can you make this order. Then again very rudely told me, I can 't make no orders that I ain 't got. CANCEL IT This is when I asked him his name simply turned around and left. Being in the industry I understand we have stressful days. But I also understand and appreciate where the money is coming from and how I get paid. Like I said I I am constantly looking for a new restaurant and this guy Nigel just ruined BlackLabel fir me.
Terrible service!!!!!!!! Disgusted!!! Waited 20 minutes for my food and four people got their order before me.
