Via Roma - Des Plaines

Some of the best Italian food in Cook County, with awesome service. Their BYOB policy with NO corkage fee only helps to make it better. If I had any suggestion to improve Via Roma, it would be to open rheir doors for dinner on Sundays when the Des Plaines Theater has a concert scheduled. There is so little our city has ro offer in terms of restaurants, having Via Roma available for dinner before or after a Sunday show would be awesome.

Best real Italian restaurant. You can taste the quality of chicken and pasta my favorite place to dine in. Friendly staff! Very nice environment. I highly recommend it!

Pasta was good. BYOB Cute place, our server was ok, could've been a little friendlier.

So we passed this place when we were on the train, looked like a cute place. Visited on a Sat night, its a BYOB so that's good. The food was pretty good, but I ordered a limone fish dish but was served a limone chicken dish, the server never came out for a long time so I ate the chicken dish, it was good just that I didn't order it. Later when I told him he said he will take care of it and what he did was made sure the bill was for chicken and not fish. Still not too bad, I would give this 4 sta … – show
