Mcdonald's - Des Plaines

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I don't mind paying higher prices, but the food was cold and dry. It's breakfast time, so I expected much better. The meal was so unappetizing that I couldn't even bring myself to try the sandwich.

We all know that many of us end up eating at McDonald's because it's affordable. However, I recommend avoiding the sundae, especially if you order it through the app. It was delivered to my car with a lid that wouldn’t close, and it spilled all over my pants and the car. To make matters worse, there were no napkins in the bag. I was really disappointed with the drive-thru experience. For $2.09, my meal and pants were completely ruined. So, just skip the sundae, and you should be fine.

I rarely write fast food reviews, but when I do, it’s usually because of a bad experience. It doesn’t matter whether they speak Spanish or English, they don’t seem to understand! I ordered four pastries—apple and pumpkin—and was left waiting for 10 minutes before someone finally came out to say it would take another 12 minutes for them to be ready. I just wanted a refund, and they said, “Okay, I’ll get it.” After waiting another 10 minutes inside, I noticed they were serving other customers instead of giving me my $4.30 refund after I had already waited 20 minutes. I had to go in and insist on my money and discuss the issue later, as I seemed to be the only one taking action. They really needed to handle that better. Then they asked me if I still wanted the apple pies. Seriously? I couldn’t believe it! I returned later, thinking the afternoon might be better, but no, they still tried to push me. Then they pulled the “we don’t have it, but we have something else” routine. It's frustrating when they don’t deliver on what they promise.

It had been 15 minutes before the order in the drive thru and then was said that the breakfast was no longer taken. it was only 1035 clock. let's not go to mcdonalds anymore.

Received not fresh food, McNuggets and fries hard to chew, seems food was sitting for couple hours, they should work on providing customers more fresh food.
