Little Caesars Pizza - Des Plaines

NEVER READY ON TIME, no matter if you order online or by phone. The employees look like they are bored and don't want to be there! The place definitely needs a revamp. It's the beginning of April, and they still have the Christmas decorations on display! Not to mention, their plastic wrap to separate customers from the employees looks like it was put up by a child!!!

The pizza and the workers are great! What I don't like is the condition the workers have to work in. I walked in here on a 70 degree day and it felt like almost 80 to 85 degrees in here. How can anyone work like this?! I had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza and was almost dying. Shame on the owners for having a poorly ventilated facility.

When I didn't go in, they said something for a good 3 minutes? I'm not going to be with you, not a kind of recognition that ever is. The imperial afterwords that they rudely asked, how can I help you look irritated. I put my order, and for pizza that should be hot and ready I said it would be a 15 minutes waiting?. Now count the minutes. I don't care to wait for my food and I understand that every place is short occupied, but the lack of professionalism is where I draw the line.

If you want cheap pizza, this is the place to go. Although you better go to others than call WAY. They answer almost NIE. And it's HOT N READY?

I like to make my own pizza with peppers, jalapiños, mushrooms, onions and green peppers. It takes some time, but it's worth it.
