I really enjoyed the service at this restaurant. I was in and out quickly, and the coffee and donuts were fresh with no issues at all. I would definitely return. It’s unfair that they staff people in the afternoons alone and don’t allow them to take tips. For the person that complained about the employee complaining let me guess you never worked in food service. The new maple bacon croissant sandwich with egg and cheese is delicious. Fresh coffee. Tasty hash browns.

It was understaffed and the employee handled it extremely unprofessional. She complained about everyone’s order saying “they didn’t tip” or “why would you order so much” I waited close to 40 minutes just for my order to be wrong. management should really do better
I stopped by this place to grab a coffee, but the lady working there was quite rude and pressured me into buying more than just coffee. I went along with it, but afterward, while I was in the parking lot planning my trip, she came outside speaking another language and waved me away with her hands as if I were some sort of stray animal. It was unbelievable. I would much rather drive to the next Dunkin' than ever come back here again.
I visited this establishment and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Ranjanben Pa. I requested a refund or an exchange for a donut that had been sitting out since the morning; it was stale and hard to bite into, and by that time it was already 6:30 PM. Instead of addressing my concern, she insulted me in front of another customer, saying that she would neither refund my money nor provide an exchange. She curtly told me that if I didn't like the donut, I could just throw it away. I drove eight minutes to this Dunkin' because all the other shops were out of old-fashioned donuts, only to be treated with such disrespect.
