Honestly horrible customer service. We just had an order and we were missing an order of fries, and with such an ugly attitude she had the nerve to tell us no we didn't. Over an order of fries. I ordered breakfast this morning, and unfortunately, my egg and cheese biscuit was overcooked, and my hash browns were all crumbled. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on food just to receive it cold. Overall, my meal was quite disappointing. I also tried calling the restaurant this morning, but no one answered. I have been a regular customer and order from you almost every day, yet my food is consistently cold. This experience has been really disappointing.
Very rude lady at drive thru, didn’t get her name but she’s the older one with make up specs under her eyes, VERY rude

I experienced terrible service at this restaurant! The staff member at the drive-thru was rude and completely ignored the sign posted there. The sign stated: “Receive a $5.00 gift card if we don’t give you proper service.” However, when I asked for two medium-sized cups of water, she failed to acknowledge my request. After I inquired about the gift card, she became defensive and rude, claiming, “I didn’t charge you for the water; I charged you for something else.” She then closed the window without explaining what she meant. My total was just $1.30, and I’m baffled as to why it was so complicated for two cups of water. Overall, this was by far the worst drive-thru service I've encountered, and it seems their staff can't follow their own policies.
They have made me 3 different paintings wrong. the food was tasteless. 50 cent for salat loading is ridiculous. The pop tasted flat. So asked for a new one. Something so that I tasted regular and still like no enough syrup in the mix. time and money.
