Buffalo Wild Wings Go - Des Plaines

This restaurant is incredibly frustrating. Every time I place an order, something always goes wrong. I never receive my sauces. I just ordered 25 wings and didn't get any ranch dressing with them. The wings were old and dry. I also ordered two servings of fried pickles and two of onion rings, but there were no sauces for any of those. To make matters worse, I found pieces of bone in the fried pickles. This place should really reconsider its operations.

After visiting several times, I think it’s finally time for me to share my thoughts. I really enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location has been disappointing for me. The 99-cent takeout fee feels frustrating for a restaurant that is clearly built for takeout. Additionally, when I order wings, they often arrive completely drenched in sauce, making them nearly impossible to eat. For now, I’ll need to take a long break from this place.

The food quality was terrible. The container for the wings was leaking sauce all over, yet the wings themselves weren't even halfway coated. The carrots looked dried out and unappetizing. The chicken was tough and tasted undercooked. I only managed to eat 1 out of my 10 wings and ended up tossing the rest. I think frozen nuggets from Walmart are better quality. This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience here, and I doubt I'll return for a while.

How can a reasonable, sober, functioning member of society look at this and go ?yeah we should serve this to people.? BWW get your stuff together man. I?ve eaten wings at some of the dirtiest nastiest hole in a wall grungy places and they wouldn?t dareserve me something so audaciously gross. I?ve eaten street food from the shadowed back alleys of China with no hygienicprocedures in sight and it?s more trustworthy than this monstrosity. I?ve eaten things you people wouldn?t believe, and mystomach turned looking at this specimen. Also the taters are severely undercooked. Could?ve just ate raw potato for dinner andhad a better experience. And you charge significantly higher than other local wing places. Unbelievable.

I just went to pick up my order, walked in and no one was in front. One of the employees saw me as he placed an order in the slots, doesn?t acknowledge me just goes back to working and talking to the other employee. I voiced out excuse me a couple timesand still nothing. Finally got his attention to get my drink for my order he handed me a cup and said ?your welcome? as I didnot say thank you. I also realized I was supposed to get 2 drinks but that?s my fault as my husband placed the order. Iunderstand places are short staffed, as I am also in hospitality, but a simple ?be with you in a moment? instead of ignoringreally goes a long way.
