My son says the rolled ice cream is 5 stars. The bubble tea was just ok, I've had better. The lady who took our order was friendly as was the guy who made the ice cream. It is in a mall food court so it was loud, but thankfully a table was open. View all feedback.

girl working could not understand me at all, had to repeat my order about 10 times before she could get it. then she went and threw milk into a cup with flavourless pearls on the bottom. didn’t even shake it up with the machine View all feedback.

The ice cream is really delicious and the dragon breath balls are a great experience for children! the only sad thing is that the 3 employees are very angry all the time and the cashier has a scowl face! I don't feel like asking for more details about what they offer because the cashier scares me.
Girl running the register couldn't get off her phone long enough to accurately take my order, then had a whole attitude about it.
Apparently they close at 7:30, I check the comments and it’s the same people running it. No accountability within the business. Shut the place down. Go get icecream somewere else. This business does not deserve money
