It was just ok. Only a few choices of flavors. Music was way to loud while dining in. The fries were good but tasted like they had been sprinkled with sugar. Probably won't go back anytime soon

The places absolutely filthy. It's ran and operated by people who could care less that you're even a customer giving that money for their food. They are slow they have personal phone calls coming in to the main phone number and they're always on the phone talking to somebody. When they're not out in their cars smoking

From previous reviews, this location had a rough start. We decided to give them a little time to work out the kinks, and give them a real chance after they have been open for a few weeks. After seeing Wing Stop win 'best wings ' on Good Mythical Morning, we knew we wanted to give them a shot. On Sunday, we decided to place an online order for pick up at 6:30 pm. We decided to go with two 10 pc combos, trying three different flavors, two sides, and two drinks. We also ordered a brownie. Our total was $36 We arrived right at 6:30 and paid for our order at the cash register. They seem to have taken all of the negative feedback to heart. There is a display out that ensures the customer knows all of the quality checks that the servers are supposed to go through. They include reading back your order, confirming orders, double checking to-go orders, etc. I was impressed that they seemed to be actively working on improving their service and quality checks. The workers that I interacted with were very polite and light-hearted, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. The facility was really clean and looked nice. And it smells SO GOOD. They also have one of those fancy pop machines where you can get tons of add-ins to your standard fare, which is always fun. There was a bit of a backup, and we did have to wait another 10 minutes for our order to be ready, but nothing crazy. When they called up our order, the woman in the kitchen physically showed us all of our food before putting in the to-go containers. FINALLY, THE FOOD. Classic Wings in General- Every SINGLE wing we had was cripsy and crunchy on the outside without the meat being dry. They seemed to be really good quality wings, and were all cooked very well. Note: If you like your wings dripping in sauce, you may want to order extra on the side. Our saucy wings were not overly sauced, but had a lot of flavor to them still. I actually hate super saucy wings, so I preferred this style of wing. Hawaiian- These were lightly sweet and tangy. They were good, but the low scorer out of the three we tried. Louisiana Dry Rub- These were good as well. The heat rating they give is a 3, but I honestly didn 't taste any heat at all. I do wish these had a bit more of the dry rub on them, because it was really tasty. I love dry rub wings, and these are definitely good. I think I would still give BWW the award for my favorite dry rub though. Louisiana Voodoo Fries- Fries topped in Cajun seasoning, ranch, and cheese. YUM. Now, they obviously get a little soggy under condiments like that, but the flavor holds up really well and they were fresh and super tasty. Cajun Fried Corn- A My husband doesn 't care for corn, and he tried and loved these! I appreciate that they are cut into smaller ears so it 's easier to eat them and you don 't get as messy. The flavor is smokey, sweet, and finger-licking good. I WILL be getting these again! Garlic Parmesan- HOLY. MOLY. Let me just say that I usually don 't like Garlic Parmesan wings. These are a game changer. They were perfection. They were super crispy, with a nice sheen of garlic sauce. I LOVE that they topped them with Parmesan too, and not the super cheap kind that smells and tastes like feet. When we go back, I 'm going to order these and only these, so I don 't have to share with anyone. These are all-star wings, you guys. #ForeverLove Brownie- Again, I must preface this by saying I am a really picky brownie person. I prefer fudgy brownies over cake brownies, because cake ones are always so darn dry. I was skeptical, because these were definitely cake brownies. I AM SORRY FOR DOUBTING YOU LITTLE BROWNIE. This cake brownie was so moist and supple that I was instantly conflicted about my stance on brownies. I think I need to eat 5 more to get some clarity on how I feel... We will definitely be back!

There are literally employees eating chicken wings at the prep table in full view of customers. I then saw the same worker place the wing bone in a bowl above the prep line. She had been eating with her hands then went back and handled food without washingher hands. Pretty disgusting and I won't be eating here again as a result. I get that your employees need to eat but that's whatbreaks are for. So that they can sit down, eat, then wash their hands before handling other peoples food.

The worst chicken strips ever! The website said 23 26 mins. Got there in 30 and they still weren?t ready. The girl at the front said it would be longer and turned away. As I stood waiting I watched the kitchen staff. It took two of them to get thebags they put the food in. And took quite awhile. Then one decides it?s more important to dance then fill the orders. When Ifinally got my order they forgot my drink and had to ask for a cup. She looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Needless tosay my food was not good. Chicken was dry, outside was hard, all was chewy. Fries were not done. I will not be going back.
