What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
My partner has a severe allergy to mayonnaise, and we made sure to mention that when we placed our order. After we paid, we discovered that our food contained mayonnaise. We had to go back to the restaurant to have it corrected. The manager seemed upset, slamming the bag down. Didn't give me all my food at first then asked what sandwich they missed. How am I supposed to know what you didn't put in and forgot the fries and drink. The chicken nuggets didn't taste good, like they were close to expiration.
Food was nice fresh and hot, however the pop tasted like soap. Drive Thru employee was nice, made sure to ask for sauces.
Great service, received order quickly and with smile and was very respectful, we ordered medium frosty and they were delicious, thank you for waiting on us
Foods fine but there is ALWAYS a line. Service otherwise seems fast and efficient. This is just a busy place.
I have been roaming around DMI (Des Moines Iowa) and I stopped in for a sweet treat. Walked up and I was greeted by Monica who was very patient helping us out with our order. The manager on duty at the time even helped with getting the drink machine to work. The team seem to work well together. I order to go but ended up eating there because of the great ambience. I will return to the location. Thanks
