We’ve been religious taco casa fans for YEARS. My kids choose this place every single time we eat out. The remodel was amazing, food better than ever. We come by at least once a week these days. Went there a month or so ago. Horrible fig. Training a new cook. Tried today horrible barely any cheese and but charged for ex cheese chimichunga under cooked and soggy wrapped of lettuce even tho I ordered light lettuce. Had to wait till I got home to fix my food and try to get it cooked with lettuce and tomatoes on it which should of been cold and crisp.
