What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
as a door lock I am many paints here and not even had a decent experience. the night team is usually rude and closes early, and it seems as if they were to delete delivery orders that they do not want to deal with. I heard Mexican pizza was back!!! Check Google Maps to make sure they were open. I was skeptical after reading reviews. But I really wanted a mexi pizza! Not disappointed! The drive-up team was pleasant and professional. The pizza and taco were perfect! I'd give them 10 stars!
I'm settling on 4 stars because although I would normally have given them 3, my son would have given them 5. I don't care for the food, and it's not usually as clean as I expect a place to be that preps, cooks and serves food. My son completely disagrees, and feels like it's as good as any other fast food restaurant, and he loves their food. I've had more than one experience with biting ok into something questionable, which completely made me lose my appetite, and then all desire to ever eat there. My son hasn't bitten into anything questionable, and he has cravings for it. So, being at 2 completely different ends of the spectrum, I decided to settle in the middle, but explain why.
Went inside to order our food. It was 3 of my grandchildren and myself. Was rudely told I needed to order on the kiosk, I wasn't sure how so asked for help placing the order and was told just look at the pictures. If it wasn't for my grandchildren wanting the food I would have left. Food was thrown in the bag and was not appealing. Will not be going back to this location any time soon.
45 minutes before close was told they had just taken Last order. I asked to be contacted for a follow up from corporate, but haven't received one for 2 weeks. Is it company policy to close that early. Any kitchen I worked on you take orders until that close time. I just want to know
I moved to Des Moines Iowa from Ohio came to this Des Moines location to get food for me and my 3 children. We are vegetarian and they knowingly put meat in my childrens burritos and admitted to it I have the recordings. They also laughed and joked about it multiple times on camera. This is sick and very disappointing I will not be returning and will report them to the better business bureau. I honestly cannot believe I’ve been coming here for the past two years for vegetarian friendly food and they purposely gave us meat in our food. To my vegetarian families out there please beware and be careful they do not care about your health or your personal choices for your body. I am attaching the photos and videos as proof and will return tomorrow 11/13/2031 to speak with the general manager. I was also lied to by one of the women and told she was a manager and could not refund me my money as she didn’t know how. I over heard her on the headset speaking to someone saying she was not going to give me my money back. google will not allow me to post videos)
