They prepare... read more I visited this store after leaving another store because they had almost no product left 2.5 hours before closing. The employees here were awesome! They prepared my 3 sandwich order promptly and perfectly, including side sauces, chips cookies, and did itall with smiles. When I thanked them and told them I had a bad experience at another location, they expressed concern that myexperience with them was better. That's real customer service...the way it should be done. They got a much bigger tip than usualas a result.

I like to order our sandwiches online after the dinner time rush and then go pick them up when they are done. This way it'squick and I don't end up waiting in line. Also find it easier to pick my sandwich toppings from the list online. I feelpressured and like I don't know what I'm doing if I pick the toppings while I'm in line.

And they put what they want on your sandwich if you go back and tell them your order is wrong or is missing something they will argue with you and tell youyour wrong! Also very dirty they don?t wear gloves! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION

There was maybe 4 oz of meat on the entire f... read more Steak n cheese was cold, meat didn't even get heated up. Requested it to be PRO with the extra meat, didn't get it. There was maybe 4 oz of meat on the entire footlong. 2nd time this has happened to me. Workers just don't care about their performanceanymore.
