I often go to this place and never had problems. Today, when I went, they were very busy and everyone waited 20-30 minutes for their food, whether they were ordered before or not. I could say that all employees moved as fast as possible to pick up everything that caused the delay, so I took my place in the line and waited. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
My uncle gave the management a warning since they aren't heeding his warnings then maybe it's time for new management who can respect every aspect of living situations that also includes the homeless and people who have medical conditions. If they keep on doing this my uncle can spread through word of mouth and media that every Panera Bread can be shut down by him or his cousin if they keep their stuff up and then he... I often go to this place and never had problems. Today, when I went, they were very busy and everyone waited 20-30 minutes for their food, whether they were ordered before or not. I could say that all employees moved as fast as possible to pick up everything that caused the delay, so I took my place in the line and waited. Several people in the store were incredibly rude to what they saw, and a woman went back to the counter to complain, and continued to scream at an employee, even after he explained that he was part of the delivery team and was not on the food line. Each individual employee remained quiet, cheerful and perfectly polite. I was very impressed and will probably go to this site more often.
Panera is always a good standard pitstop for a nice lunch that is not FAST FOOD! We were in the city for football, between the games and wanted something that would not only be a bowel frog for our players. The salads and soups are a safe bet to fill you and are always generous in their portion size. Not the first and certainly not the last Panera we will visit! Delicious breads and pastries to eat or go out. Soups, salads, sandwiches. Everything in a pleasant downtown environment over the road from Hotel Fort Des Moines.
Beautiful downtown location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food looked, smelled and tasted great. We had the chickens Tortellini, Mac and cheese, summer corn cutter and special tea. Recommend to drink the Hibiscus tea.
Everything here is so delicious! Friendly service and your order is ready quickly. This Panera is accessible for the Skywalk take elevator to Davis Brown Lobby and it is right there). So nice to go for lunch without having to wear a coat when it's freezing out! Stop for breakfast or lunch and you will be happy.
Love it hear. The employees here are very kind and respectful to all the guest and the food is excellent here. I also love the positive vibes of this place when just sitting and relaxing while either waiting on your order or eating and drinking the meals you have ordered here.
