The waitress said it was because the main ent... read more Waited an hour and a half for our salads and main entrees. Two tables who came after us both got served before us. The waitress said it was because the main entrees have to come out after salads (which we didn’t even get either) are served so people can enjoy eachothers company. Talking about the ridiculous service and being hungry for over an hour isn’t enjoyable.

We were only... read more A few years ago I had a great experience there. Unfortunately, last night I did not. It was the complete opposite. It took 2 hours to get our food. We were only asked if we wanted drinks one time. There was a hair in our food. The lamb chop was very hard. The food wasn’t fresh- it wasn’t worth waiting 2 hours for. When we went up to pay and she asked how was everything, I told her I was disappointed and she actually yelled at us and told us we should expect to wait 2 hours anywhere for food on a Saturday night in Des Moines. I have lived here for 26 years and that hasn’t been my experience at all. Very unprofessional. We made reservations for a reason- we had a concert to go to. No discount or apology from them. We will never go back there again.

Customer service was also very accommodating and pleasant!
