The staff is relatively small, so the wait for your drink can occasionally be longer than at Starbucks, especially during peak times. However, the quality of the drinks makes the wait worth it!

I've had positive experiences with the staff there, and I appreciate the interesting seasonal drinks they offer each time, along with a nice selection of pastries and snacks. The seating is comfortable, and its location is convenient right in front of the Skywalks for those working downtown. It's also a great spot to grab coffee during the farmer's market, especially if you want to avoid the crowds and chaos of Java Joe’s. In my experience, their espresso is also much better.

I’ve had good experiences with the staff, and I like that they’ve had interesting or seasonal drinks whenever I’ve been, as well as a good selection of pastries and snacks. The seating is comfortable, and it’s a convenient location off the skywalks if you work downtown, or also great if you want to grab coffee during the farmer’s market without dealing with the crowds and craziness of Java Joe’s. Their espresso is also much better in my experience.
