I've been to Malo numerous times with business clients and have always enjoyed my experience. However, this time we sat at the bar and were overlooked by the bartender, who seemed to have plenty of time but didn't acknowledge us for 15 minutes—no greeting, no water, no menus. What User doesn't like about Malo:
The dining service was fantastic, with the waiting staff providing excellent attention. However, the bar staff was incredibly slow; it took us 15-20 minutes to receive our drinks, which were just two bottles of beer and two drafts. Even our server apologized for the sluggishness of the bar staff. Once we ordered our food, it arrived much quicker than our drink orders! The food itself was absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
Great food. Good service. Slightly noisey hard to talk sometimes.
Food was excellent as always. Water glass had a floater margarita glass had lipstick (not mine). Waiter didn 't ask, and just brought a new one at the end of the meal and kept it on the bill (1 marg). First time ever any disappointment with Malo. Usually spectacular.
The hostess was incredible! She was inviting, accommodating, warm, and kind! Food was great-as always.
Went to try the Mahi-mahi tacos. Great portion size wished they had a Mango-Pineapple salsa .
I went for a late Valentine's dinner and it wasn't super busy but there was a loud group in the other room. I got a vegan burrito without a few things, when I got it I noticed the things I asked for off were still there but it was good and there wasn't any meat which is rare even for vegan foods and from a vegetarians standpoint, that's really nice! I also got a cheesecake but for $8 there wasn't much there, besides that it was a yummy dessert. Our waitress was very nice and never forgot about us! Overall this was a nice dinner and I would go again!
